Ashoka Changemakers is launching a global competition titled: Activating Empathy: Transforming Schools to Teach What Matters that is holding calls for submissions for the best ideas, programs, and learning models that ensure children master empathy.
The competition seeks to spark greater collaboration between efforts form teachers, principals, parents, students, and other innovators to share ideas - for advancing empathy in education. More than $70,000 in cash and in-kind prizes will be awarded.

The Global Educator is the biannual journal of BC Peace and Global Educators (PAGE). The print version is distributed to PAGE members, BCTF staff, and other media.
